      Avantages

      The Company offers a great work-life environment, a fantastic office space, and meaningful work. The people are great to work with.

      Inconvénients

      Very political and cliquish, but you have that everywhere. The company does pay on the very low side of the going wages. While the company executives admit this and state they want to correct it; it will likely take 3 to 5 years for it to correct itself.

      Great place to work, wonderful environment and people.

      Inconvénients

      Teams were let go after they were purchased. I'm not sure how it is now.

      Avantages

      The people and the culture! Mostly very helpful, smart, fun loving group of employees. NI hired a lot for culture fit and that made the day to day a lot of fun.

      Inconvénients

      Company vision from the higher ups suffered greatly after the pandemic.
