      Avantages

      Nxp has a very low standards in work expectations, no one cares

      Inconvénients

      Several women got harassed by a man and neither the HR nor the ethics team cared about that and didn’t do anything to protect the women. Only solution was to not come to the office and the guy still walks around and harasses further women.
