      Avantages

      Nvidia - Bangalore is a great place in terms of culture , work and learning. Lead by a really good director and a fairly good senior management team (HR , ADMIN etc) who give you the freedom to work like the way you want to as long as you perform well. So far they have been good at keeping Politics as low as possible. Hope that continues. Apart from the above , opportunities to work on cutting edge technology , travel abroad and good mentors make this a great place to be.

      Inconvénients

      Survival of the fittest all the time ! Once you stop performing its hard to survive at Nvidia. Sometimes folks just need a break !

      Avantages

      Fantastic work culture, great work life balance. People are genuinely excited about what they are working on and the projects are cutting edge. Unlimited tokens (for now at least). Flexible hybrid policy, and easy to take PTO. Leadership is very forward thinking, for a large company there's a lot of sense that employees matter. No layoffs in almost 20 years. Food is pretty good and subsidized. Great benefits, and competitive compensation especially for hardware roles.

      Inconvénients

      Only minor gripes - currently no gym, and the parking is very limited at HQ. This is being addressed, but won't be completed until 2028. Company has been growing faster than the offices, so there aren't enough desks for everyone. Slightly inconvenient when you can't get a temp desk where you need, but most of the time it's no problem.
