      Avantages

      Des gens formidables, un travail stimulant, un salaire / avantages sociaux avantageux, un bon équilibre entre la vie professionnelle et la vie privée, le travail à distance flexible (même avant Covid), nous avons l'impression de changer le monde pour le mieux.

      Inconvénients

      Tout le monde est si intelligent qu'il est parfois difficile de suivre le rythme (je me sens toujours la personne la plus stupide de la pièce). Parfois stressant car nous combinons une grande ambition et des attentes élevées.

      Avantages

      Fantastic work culture, great work life balance. People are genuinely excited about what they are working on and the projects are cutting edge. Unlimited tokens (for now at least). Flexible hybrid policy, and easy to take PTO. Leadership is very forward thinking, for a large company there's a lot of sense that employees matter. No layoffs in almost 20 years. Food is pretty good and subsidized. Great benefits, and competitive compensation especially for hardware roles.

      Inconvénients

      Only minor gripes - currently no gym, and the parking is very limited at HQ. This is being addressed, but won't be completed until 2028. Company has been growing faster than the offices, so there aren't enough desks for everyone. Slightly inconvenient when you can't get a temp desk where you need, but most of the time it's no problem.
