      No Pros as such - Never Join If you have other options

      Inconvénients

      1. People in the team will never help you even if its small. 2. Managers mostly are there to make pressure on employees to resolve issues. 3. Even for one day leave , you have to literally beg them or complete a big chunk of work beforehand. 4. Project complexity is too high for no reasons and you have to ask/beg the team members to understand functionality. 5. No Proper KT 6. You will get lowest level of assets from company. 7. No specific allowance. 8. You will think why someone will work here. 9. I have seen pathetic treatment with contract employees.

      Avantages

      NOTE: I was lucky enough to get placed in a slower-paced, smaller suite, with coworkers who obviously care. Customer Service Reps have a high turnover rate, but the ones I worked with had been there for a while and were very helpful and kind people. There are larger suites which churn through lots of new people and have very high turnover rates. - Little to no workplace drama - Decent benefits - Plenty of training and flexibility - Honest business practices - Good coworkers

      Inconvénients

      - Very repetitive work - Did not get a raise or any bonuses - Management always listens, but often there aren't many changes made
