      Avantages

      The people are friendly, management is very helpful and more than willing to take time to answer questions and pass on knowledge, and admin quickly resolves any issues that might come up regarding pay and benefits.

      Inconvénients

      The office is a massive fishbowl, which can get a little distracting when you hear multiple people having conversations.

      Avantages

      Overtime pay during the summer

      Inconvénients

      High-stress level, difficulty receiving help when needed, unclear hierarchical structure (good luck figuring out who your supervisor is and how to contact them), expect to be thrown from one position to the next depending on the day. Little-to-no training but high expectations to "get it right." We're working with food, so quality and safety are priorities. You wouldn't know based on the level of help offered by higher-level roles, though.
