      A lot of nice people work there.

      Inconvénients

      Micromanagement at its finest. Worst paying company you'll ever work at. Everyone is over worked and GROSSLY underpaid. More turnover than you'll ever see at any other job (for good reasoning)

      Avantages

      Management does a great job of keeping employees informed and the expectations, not overbearing at all. Working from is a great perk as well. Benefits and PTO are the best I have seen yet in my insurance career.

      Inconvénients

      Honestly, nothing is a Con here. We work as a team and take great care of our members. Again, great place to work.
