Avantages
i have been working for a while in Netscout after merger of Fluke Networks/ Danaher. There is reasonable compensation on a whole.
Inconvénients
- Due to merger, some senior technical personnel tends to keep what they know in case they might lose their job. Little sharing of knowledge. - Management does not like to hear feedback & though they portray they will readily listen. They will "prata" around what they say as this is an Indian company . - Be careful to check your last paycheck as the salary credited may be shortchanged. - Few formal proper training.
