NETGEAR is in a period of meaningful transformation. As the market, technology, and customer needs evolve, change is necessary for us to continue to thrive and grow as a company. We recognize that change can feel challenging, especially for those who have invested significant time and experience here, and we don’t take that lightly.
At the same time, we believe our strength comes from a balance of deep institutional knowledge and fresh perspectives. We are fortunate to have employees with many years of experience at NETGEAR, as well as new team members who bring different skills, ideas, and viewpoints that are critical to our transformation. I have been at Netgear 11.5 years, and care very much about ensuring a great employee experience for everyone no matter how long or short their tenure. Both are essential to our success.
If some of our efforts come across as “politics” or “slogans,” that is certainly not our intent. Our goal is to foster clarity, alignment, and an inclusive culture where people feel respected and heard.
