      Inconvénients

      O CEO do Brasil demonstra nervosismo e transmite grande insegurança, resultando em uma gestão fraca. Os funcionários estão desmotivados, os gerentes são despreparados e há uma total falta de comunicação, o que gera um clima de tensão. Isso contribui para um ambiente de trabalho completamente desestimulante.

      Great "VIP" pass for your family and friends at the theme parks

      Inconvénients

      Unless you work in new venture, the business is pretty dull (a bit like a utility company). Very risk averse company. Very slow and "matrixed" decision process. A lot of "lifers" in middle management ranks that resist change.
