      Avantages

      You manage your own time.

      Inconvénients

      Impossible to manage time, plan ahead, or have a work-life balance. Due to so much wasted time traveling and chasing down unpredictable clients, you will end up bringing work home. Also, when you take a vacation you are still expected to meet your quota. I.e. When I took my 1 week off, I had 3 weeks to meet my quota instead of 4. I ended up having to work during my vacation.

      Avantages

      Was kept on for the summer after my internship. Very helpful at getting a feel for care coordinating

      Inconvénients

      During the pandemic was difficult to meet with clients.

      Avantages

      None. Even though I worked remotely at the time, I was constantly getting micromanaged.

      Inconvénients

      Under -paid, severely. They made me jump through hoops just to get the job, all to end up paying me $21 an hour. This was supposed to be a transitional role and it was a waste of time . I have a BA , am fluent in both Spanish and English , but still wound up getting $21 an hour ( which I had to fight for), and was doing the job of multiple people from what it seemed.
