      Avantages

      Good company culture program, very personable employees.

      Inconvénients

      They talk a good game but in reality it is all just company B.S. They have obvious issues with employee retention in MN which they are ignoring. I believe this is due to unrealistic management requirements, with very little to no resources to succeed.

      Avantages

      I had lots of opportunities for learning and setting best practice standards. The company wants to provide for its employees to grow and learn. They also want to give people the best benefits they can.

      Inconvénients

      Unfortunately, they don’t want to give you space or time in house to grow. All growth is expected on your own time. They will expect very difficult and fast paced results with pretty terrible work life balance.
