      Avantages

      Everyone I've worked with on the team has been so friendly and kind! They're also really encouraging, and that includes other career endeavors. I've never worked for an employer that says, "Follow your dreams, even if it means you only work here for a period of time!" AKA, you're treated like a human.

      Inconvénients

      Although it offers flexible hours, it can take some time to build up a decent amount of hours each week.

      Avantages

      The support and training is really good. If you are hired, then you already know what you are doing but it is always good to have company alignment. I have always had the amount of clients that I have wanted to have and good quality. Diverse client industries. Inclusive, no MAGA bs allowed. There is always a clear path to speak to leadership. You don't have to go through a bunch of people. Great community of VAs.

      Inconvénients

      Wages are stagnant but that is changing. Not too big of a deal because the work is steady.
