Avantages
The environment this company built is top notch. With its completely remote work structure you are able to balance work and life easily. But the main part of it is not that, there is an open door policy here that is tied to its DNA. Everyone is open to suggestions, feedback and more. You have a doubt about something you can directly go an ask the person concerned. Also my manager at the time really helped me shape my thinking, helped me try new avenues in design. This is first class!
Inconvénients
If I have to point out a con, it would be that sometimes the work from home causes a slight dip in the team engagement. But that isnt a regular thing. Its just sometimes!
