      -lovely staff that encourages learning -clear expectations -overtime pay is nice considering there are many 10+ hour days -lunch is provided -good health benefits

      -long hours on concert days -expensive area

      - interns are super involved with the team and work on projects that are front-facing to the festival experience - opportunities to learn a lot about arts management and music

      Inconvénients

      - 6 days/week commitment during festival season
