      Brought in mechanics with no experience at this job at a significantly higher rate than those of us with years of experience. Bad communication. No set pay scale wages vary. Not very competitive wages

      Stable Pay. Scheduling doesn't change much.

      Inconvénients

      negative environment. Management isn't the best. a lot of "I Don't know" and "ask someone else".
