Poor communication skills to their employees. Poor chance of advancement within this company. Low morale. Poor training, and poor work ethic among many employees and management. Watering down of benefits after the Filtration Group took over. Poor waste of time management with too many meetings. Lousy pay for the enormous amount of work required by the Filtration Group. Extremely high turnover rate in all departments and management. The Filtration Group's "Lean" Program which has been ineffective in accomplishing tasks at hand. The company not providing the necessary tools, and equipment to employees to make proper adjustments to machinery.
