      get to know lots of awesome people get to learn how distribution works get to know lots of client and make friends with them free beer every friday afternoon

      Inconvénients

      lower average pay in the industry very limited career progression within the company not very adaptive and very bad at taking suggestions (they will listen and then tell you why it's not a good idea)

      Day to day is easy Small team

      Inconvénients

      Poor onboarding & Training No career advancement opportunities Commission/Bonus are structured as un-achievable. Even if you hit targets the percentage of commission is considerably below industry standards.
