At Multimedia Solutions, we take our hiring and interviewing process very seriously. A great deal of effort goes into both vetting candidates, as well as ensuring potential employees understand overall job expectations. Candidates are afforded the opportunity to meet with each member of the management team as well as their peers in order to get a well-rounded view of expectations and responsibilities during our three-step interviewing process. We understand that a job interview is not just an interview of a candidate but also an opportunity for candidates to get to know our company, ask questions, and ultimately arrive at his or her own decision to join should a job offer be given.
We pride ourselves in the fact that our team is long-standing and they all share a common focus on providing the highest levels of service to a great base of premier, long-term and loyal customers. Each of our long-standing team members possess a passion for the internet space and the solutions we collectively ideate. During the interview process, we discuss at length our culture and our value system as it serves as a baseline for conduct and decision guidelines.

Mismatches in the interviewing and hiring process do occur from time to time, even though best efforts are made to avoid such costly mistakes.
