Avantages
- People- the people are genuine, down-to-earth and genuinely care about one another - Culture- the company is filled with musicians themselves who have such a dedication to creating an amazing product and experience. The authentic care for user experience and excellence overall is the a common theme across the organization. The company has some hybrid, some in person and some remote roles so culture can be hard. They host an annual week where they fly everyone from around the world into the company for "team week". The week is filled with tons of content, educational round-tables and - Leadership- the leadership team is humble and cares a lot about the quality of work and about one another. They are in a growth period as a company, but communication is strong and there is a constant commitment to making things better - Work/life balance- there really is respect and support for work/life balance and for employee's family lives
Inconvénients
