      Weekly pay, amazing benefits, yummy lunches,

      Inconvénients

      A lot of drama, the bosses have favorites, they add more work on top of what you already have and you have no one willing to help. You’re basically doing two positions and only getting paid for one.

      Avantages

      Good benefits package. Room to advance and grow. Excellent floor leadership. Excellent shift premiums. Overtime generally available but not mandatory.

      Inconvénients

      Alot of the work is dependent on 1 particular customer. Things can slow down quickly. However, if you are willing to travel North into their other locations there is generally work available at other facilities.

      Management literally doesn't care about you, and doesn't want to understand what you do.
