      Avantages

      Really friendly coworkers and a relaxed environment. It's great to be a full time remote employee. They pay for remote employees to fly into the office once a year. Lots of conference opportunities. Very supportive environment.

      Inconvénients

      Not on the cutting edge of R&D. They don't have much interest in trying new innovations. No vertical growth for psychometricians or opportunities for raises.

      Avantages

      - Great work-life balance and benefits - Access to an abundance of learning resources that you are actually encouraged to use - Lots of opportunity to dip your toes into projects outside your normal responsibilities

      Inconvénients

      - Extremely fixated on Microsoft products for no apparent reason. Senior leadership would rather employees use a clunky or subpar MS solution than an objectively better product offered by another provider - Workplace CAN be political, but this is highly dependent on your team
