Sales leadership lacks experience and direction. There's been significant turnover across the GTM org, including many well-respected managers and VPs. Leadership is actively reducing headcount through performance pressure and quiet exits instead of transparent layoffs. The sales culture often feels immature and cliquish, with a frat-like dynamic that doesn’t reflect the professionalism you'd expect from a company at this stage.
