      Good work with responsibilities. No company politics. Decent salary hikes. Easy to go management. Very young environment. Flexible timings.

      Inconvénients

      No company structure, so-so management. Salary is divided into monthly salary, variable yearly salary and retention bonuses. Not good for long term employment.
