Avantages
- Decent Salary packages for newly joined experienced professionals. - CEO kept its word on being a 'teenage company', there are no restrictions on office-wear. But that doesn't mean to come in office in pajamas!! Business Casuals mate..!!! - CMMI Level-5 company, Among top-10 in Indian IT companies. - Work environment is satisfactory if not good. - HR in every company is like two sides of a coin - in my personal experience i have seen its both sides. It is helpful and direct most of the times.
Inconvénients
- Some region based racism is there. Like, if a project has majority of Andhra/Kannada/Tamil people ,then a few people of different region has lower chances of career growth. - Flip-side of HR - sometimes they don't listen to what an employee is arguing or asking. They simply imply anything that is going in their head neglecting the good/bad outcome of their decision to the employee. - Not a very good place to kick-start your career. Freshers face a nightmare at their MLLA campus, Mangalore when they come to know that they don't have any freedom in selecting a technical skill of their choice for training. I have seen many freshers doing training without interest and some even left the job.
