The leadership at the company puts a lot of time into developing their sales people at a very intentional level. The level of support and development is a breath of fresh air. Not a lot of in person training. TONS of driving. Company credit card covers gas only, no tires, breaks, alignments, or oil changes are covered. After over a year lost most of my successful accounts and had to start over from the ground up.
