      Avantages

      The job is repetitive so it becomes really easy to do tasks as you get familiar with the process.

      Inconvénients

      The company gets purchased too often and that comes with changes like loss of bonus structure, loss of seniority, and loss of holiday pay. There is also a high turnover rate and not enough coverage for requests.

      Avantages

      Core values are followed. Compassion, Humility, Integrity, Accountability. They care about their employees as well as tenants. I can go to work everyday with a smile on my face knowing that I am going to enjoy my day ahead.

      Inconvénients

      I do not have a downside. I really enjoy my job. I look forward to growing within The Company
