Great place to work and clean

Not competitive wages, little to no opportunity for movement or advancement

Good teamwork environment, convenient location

Management is too busy to notice things that need to be addressed. Upper management is greedy, cares little about the actual working employees and throws scraps for rewards. Annual merit increases are based on who they like, not how much an individual contributed over the year. Here it's all about who you know, not how you perform. Management is absolutely blind to what goes on and they don't do enough to build up the team as a whole.
