      Avantages

      The compensation was alright based on my experience.

      Inconvénients

      During the interview, everything sounded so rosy. Great training, career growth, amazing rewards... yeah, not so much. The training was okay, but career growth? More like career stagnation. And those rewards? Forget about it. Unless you're the top 1% closer, you're not seeing anything extra in your paycheck.

      Avantages

      Nice company to work with good benefits and hours. Management is friendly and understanding of their employees. I like the pace and how everything is organized. No time wasted so we get to finish our work on time.

      Can be physically exhausting, and long hours sometimes
