Perspective commerciale

Avantages

The people at Monster are really special. People treat eachother with respect. The product has been constantly evolving and improving. Leadership cares about people. There isn't too much micromanagement...they trust their sales reps to chase a number and offer support, but no pushy energy in the meantime. There are a ton of different solutions to sell to make your number...it's not just job ads. The executive team has been really strong communicators for some time now.

Inconvénients

One potential downside is that there are a TON of other solutions that provide some worthy competition. Monster failed to innovate for a long period years ago (even if innovation is happening now). There's been some corporate restructuring but like most layoffs, they keep their most talented people. The pay is average. Not top of market, but fair.
