Avantages
None, worth mentioning. They are a bunch of wanna bees. Everything looks good on the surface, but when you dig deeper you only find garbage.
Inconvénients
This is the worst place I have ever worked. Management is a cry baby CEO and a bunch of his friends. Constantly varying direction, and an emphasis on process over the product. Any engineer that works here is in for a nightmare. A typical day consists of opening several of the 30 apps (No exaggeration) the company outsources (I thought this was an engineering shop?, keep in mind this is a software company placing the security of it's customers in the hands of several third party vendors. Doesn't sound like a good idea to me. Have management tell you one thing while expecting something different and prepare for for childish game of people being chatroom big dawgs and fawns in real life. I have never worked amongst so many childish adults in my life. If you value your time, and health don't work here.
