From day one you are given responsibilities with active support from everyone (including both the founders). Working at Moixa enables you to develop your skills far greater than at larger companies, as you are put into a pressured yet friendly environment and are able to contribute your ideas about projects and areas of concern. Working flexibility is something that is really nice about working here, the CEO and CTO both give you a great sense of trust and make sure that you are staying on track with the work assigned to you.

The only downside about working at Moixa is the office space - sometimes it can feel a bit cramped, however, one must remember that the company is only a few years old and I'm sure it will be looking to expand this.

The people are wonderful. The culture is inclusive, accommodating and warm - the company is very self-aware in this regard and adopts an approach of continuous improvement. It's exciting to be at the cutting-edge of the smart-grid industry. There can be opportunity to learn a phenomenal amount and develop a wide variety of skills in most roles.

Overstretched development team - they have too little time to fix internal processes / tooling. A bit of a lottery regarding career progression and role quality. It can be tiring keeping on top of the relentless changes to processes and introduction of new projects/req'ments as the company scrambles to keep up with its goals. Some big decisions seem ill-considered and rushed through.
