Avantages
Overall, Modus is a fantastic place to work. The leadership really cares about the wellbeing and happiness of their employees. The open atmosphere around the office is refreshing and there's a great sense of teamwork among peers. The benefits are also solid.
Inconvénients
Future opportunities for progression are somewhat unclear. There are so many higher level engineers and leaders, it can be confusing what roles each leader has and how you could advance to a similar role.
