      Avantages

      - Day to day work with Project Mangers and Program Manager is fantastic and they will teach you a lot and value you as an individual - Team dynamics are fantastic - I learned a lot about planning

      Inconvénients

      Awards from telecom companies are not steady or guaranteed Upper management does not make that much time for new employees Large work lulls Often get moved team to team without personal input

      Avantages

      I love the way MODUS does their internships, you are not there to be a coffee runner. You are an integral part of the team with important and satisfying work. You also get to enjoy all of the fun activities as the full-time employees which really helps build unity which is not hard as it is a fairly small company.

      Inconvénients

      Since it is a small company work can slow down or speed up really fast so work can be a little unpredictable which is a plus for some.
