      Avantages

      remote, flexible, good experience gained working with clients. Getting to know and work with a lot of other people and fellow designers

      Inconvénients

      really bad/low pay for the amount of work assigned, inconsistent pay/schedule. When busy, the work was an insane amount that again wasn't justified by the pay and they kept changing the way we got paid.

      Low pay for the amount of designs required Unrealistic project deadlines/requirements made it hard to do well Terrible design rating system for Designers Too many clients, not enough time given to complete designs Unlimited revisions was a headache and unrealistic Work/Life balance was non-existent Unhelpful management Lacking business transparency Dishonest company culture
