      Avantages

      Lots of experience in the design industry. I started working here right out of design school and the amount of knowledge I have gained about production, organization, deadlines, sales, manufacturing, budgets, building a clientele and so much more will only help me in the future as an interior designer. I look forward to going to work and being in the showroom, we have built an amazing genuine team in NYC.

      Inconvénients

      Production isn't always on time but lets be real our entire industry has a lead time of 12-16 weeks. Its all about how you manage your own orders, you need to be an organized person and follow through.

      Avantages

      Small company that you wear many hats for. Direct contact with the owners who are involved in every aspect of the daily tasks. There is no middle management so you are always hands on and work in lock step with the owners. They are fair and appreciate input. They are always working so you can always get answers. They believe in a work life balance so they always want you to take time off when needed.

      Inconvénients

      Sometimes in a small company you are wearing every hat. Sometimes you are stretched thin.

      Avantages

      Literally zero. I'm pretty sure these people are insane.

      Inconvénients

      I couldn't handle working for more than 3 months bc of how insane the owners are. Everyone is super cut throat in the company and they lie about lead times to get you to sell stuff that came even be made in time. Crazy how the CEO is now the owners wife.
