Avantages

Introductory experience to the Los Angeles design market

Inconvénients

Incredibly disorganized company with constant delays creating disgruntled customers. Regular production delays on orders led to a steady stream of angry and unpleasant customers cursing and yelling at sales associates on a daily basis. Because there is no customer service department a lot of time was spent fending off angry customers opposed to meeting unrealistic sales goals.

Avantages

Small company that you wear many hats for. Direct contact with the owners who are involved in every aspect of the daily tasks. There is no middle management so you are always hands on and work in lock step with the owners. They are fair and appreciate input. They are always working so you can always get answers. They believe in a work life balance so they always want you to take time off when needed.

Inconvénients

Sometimes in a small company you are wearing every hat. Sometimes you are stretched thin.

Avantages

Literally zero. I'm pretty sure these people are insane.

Inconvénients

I couldn't handle working for more than 3 months bc of how insane the owners are. Everyone is super cut throat in the company and they lie about lead times to get you to sell stuff that came even be made in time. Crazy how the CEO is now the owners wife.
