      Avantages

      free lunch on Fridays. In Blacksburg, great lifestyle town.

      Inconvénients

      Lack of a hiring strategy. no real investment in bringing in new clients or staffing appropriately to retain the current stable of clients. A "play favorites" environment where some were untouchable. The co-owners and founders are incompetent, and unwilling to learn. No commitment to quality. No commitment to client service. Wildly overpriced for the value provided.

      This review was from 2015. Lots of changes at Modea since! Definitely NOT a disaster. We have long term clients, offer training and development to our employees, have a hiring strategy and clear mission, vision and core values.

      Avantages

      Excited about company growth. It is clear to me that the leadership is trying to be focused and strategic in how we tackle the next stage of growth.

      Inconvénients

      Not a current con, but a watch-out: continue to keep an eye on culture and transparent communication. These are strong points for the company right now, and I want to see these maintained as we grow.
