      Avantages

      -New leadership is complimenting the existing team for GREAT THINGS! -Big round of funding, massive growth, COVID proof product. -The culture is really refreshing. There's a great sense of humanity! Honest, genuine, and caring are the three words I think of. -Sales team has a culture of overachievement. (VP of Sales builds his plan around our team overachieving..which is RARE!)

      Inconvénients

      -A lot of legacy systems, and data issues that need to be cleaned up. -Benefits package is good but could be a lot better.

      The team. Hard working, scrappy, engaged, and care about their customers and stakeholders. The business is serving a growing need in a very large market, and has seen strong tailwinds as a result of COVID's push to more digital transactions for car dealerships nationwide.

      Inconvénients

      This is a true startup with a fast paced environment. Be ready to strap in. The team has a high bar for excellence and you will be asked to deliver on high expectations. We think this is a positive - and we provide an environment for you to challenge yourself and do your best work!
