      Inconvénients

      A strong schooling of self discipline and availability amongst flexible work hours. "See the position as your own business" - there are no cons.

      I honesty can't even think of one.

      Inconvénients

      Pay does not match responsibilities. The only way you get promoted is if someone leaves, which means no pay raise. No room for growth.
