Avantages
The company deals with cutting edge technology in the LED Lighting industry. Employees really enjoy working with each other & it makes the day go by; makes 'work' not feel like work. Management is listening to the employees and making changes to the work culture - enhancing PTO, implementing a review process, and hiring quality candidates to move the company forward. Schedule is awesome & provides for great work/life balance. CEO is approachable and listens to suggestions; trusts his leaders to lead the team.
Inconvénients
Some times, things take a long time to get accomplished, inhibiting the company from moving forward. Benefit package needs a little work - more offerings, 401k does have matching but waiting period is a year.
