      Avantages

      work from home options, interesting work, lots of opportunities for interdepartmental transfers, the company does a lot of fun raffles for prizes like tickets to Blazers games, most people there are really friendly

      Inconvénients

      the pay is truly abysmal. how they expect adults to be able to function in a city on less than $40,000 a year in some roles is unnerving

      Avantages

      Stable company and management with low turnover and very good work life balance. Pay is not too bad, but primarily the good parts of Moda are about the stability. Part of the reason Moda is stable is because you can move around the colony and get promoted. There are people who have worked here for decades. This is a company that retains its people.

      Inconvénients

      The pay isn’t as high as companies that tend to be less stable. For me the trade off is good, as my sanity is preserved.
