      They are very nice as a company and the project I work with is very good

      Inconvénients

      They do not increase the salary, you can try every month to get an extra bonus but the hourly rate is 5.5 USD

      Avantages

      I swas on a project where I could select 2 hour blocks of time to work, which was helpful since I had another job also. Management was always nice, I enjoyed working there for the time I did.

      Inconvénients

      As with any remote customer service phone job, timing the call was crucial to not get behind in notes you needed to add per call
