Avantages
Was a fully remote position (initially).
Inconvénients
Terrible management and company structure. Had to take calls every second. They wanted you to rush to take more and more calls while demanding that you notate on that call without putting the customer on hold, listen attentively while notating and troubleshooting at the same time, and hurrying to the next call. No proper dispositions so you had to use your one break to use the restroom! That's right, they wanted you to use your only break for restrooms so they could maximize their "efficiency". SMDH. They gave us a 30 minute lunch and 2 15 minute breaks, but then they took one of the 15 minute breaks because it was legal for them to do so! A so called top 100 place to work for (all lies) and they only give you one 15 minute break because they are not legally required to give you two. They burn you out and expect 100% satisfaction. Terrible place. It was so bad, when I knew I was leaving for a FAR BETTER opportunity, all of the people I was leaving behind seemed like they were stuck in purgatory, and miserable. So much so that I decided to right a company-wide email addressing ALL of their issues and flaws. Not because I wanted to be vindictive, but because the hire-ups needed to hear how oppressive this job was. I located and tagged as many Ceo's, management, employees, as possible and wrote the longest, most detailed and honest review possible. The big-wicks hated it, but afterwards, the remaining employees told me how big of a deal it was. They were all talking about it, and some possible changes were coming as a result. That was the goal. That place needs change, desperately.
