      Avantages

      Salary Structure is good as per average market value. Good work life balance. Global company having multiple offices at different locations of India.

      Inconvénients

      Yearly Appraisal process is not good, need to tell the HR to do the appraisal process otherwise they will not do by themselves, and also what ever appraisal you'll ask as per your skill and market value, it doesn't matter to them they'll do the appraisal as per there choice.
