Its very nice company to increase salary with out work just by sitting on bench. here just give resign then they will give what ever the package you want. This is company tredition. No need to have any other offer also in hand. they will retain you for sure, if you have any business also you can work on it, you can work in freelancing. management wil not bother about anything. Managers also dont have any knowledge, most of the managers are from non technical, so they don't say anything until unless they get preasure from client. How many times resource give resign management will retain with good package. if you want chill then come and join, its a good place for timepass, most of the people join here for good package. But once they know about the politics here then move to other companies. if you want to continue here use resignation as your weapon to blackmail. The people who can't survive in other companies they will only stay here for years and years by blackmailing with resignation. if you know how to butter then its good. you just need to butter managers. and threaten management with resignation.
