Really relaxing atmosphere, flat organization, high flexibility projects and working hour.
Free recreation events for employees from time to time.
Can easily feel the caring and respect from management. Highly recommend.
Inconvénients
Sometimes engineer needs to deal with UI design, but I think it is a common drawback to any small startup company.

1. Most of the team members are young and less-experienced (including team leads), so there are less people to learn from, you will have to find learning resources by yourself.
