      Avantages

      - No pros really unless you just graduated college and need a job

      Inconvénients

      - Mostly Asian coworkers who have no concept of work/life balance, they’ll call/text whenever they need something even at 3am - CEO constantly talk about how great the company is and how hard she worked to be successful, be prepare to constantly praise her - Chaotic even though company is over 10 years old - No autonomy for your daily tasks, everything has to go through the CEO’s ok which means if you didn’t get a sales you get blamed for even though CEO didn’t get back to you on time and you couldn’t exercise your own judgement.

      Avantages

      The team here is very welcoming, and it stills feels very much like a start up (even though they've been a while). This gives you ample opportunity to create your own job path.

      Inconvénients

      Sometimes the start up feel makes it seem disorganized. We change a lot.
