      Avantages

      Mintel does treat their employees well.

      Inconvénients

      In 2023 Mintel has gone through 2 rounds of layoffs and likely another round is coming. Leadership can’t seem to right the ship. Most of my coworkers don’t feel like they have any job security at this company. Do not recommend on applying here! With the layoffs more and more work is being added to individuals’ responsibilities with no additional compensation.

      Avantages

      Nice people, usually a good work-life balance, support from peers and direct managers

      Inconvénients

      Low pay, layoffs, poor business-wide communication and organization. Since at least 2025, going through a period of high turnover, with upper management apathetic towards employee frustrations.
