      Excellent people, good work-life balance, opportunities to work on a variety of technologies due to the sheer size of the codebase

      Avantages

      Nice people, usually a good work-life balance, support from peers and direct managers

      Inconvénients

      Low pay, layoffs, poor business-wide communication and organization. Since at least 2025, going through a period of high turnover, with upper management apathetic towards employee frustrations.
